Pendahuluan: Gigi yang telah dirawat endodontik dapat mengalami perubahan baik secara makro maupun mikrostruktur, sehingga menjadikannya lebih rentan terhadap fraktur. Restorasi gigi perlu mempertimbangkan sisa jaringan tersedia agar restorasi bertahan lama. Tujuan laporan kasus ini untuk memaparkan bahwa modifikasi mahkota metal porselen menjadi alternatif pilihan pada pasca perawatan endodontik. Laporan kasus: Wanita berusia 43 tahun dirujuk dari departemen prostodonti dilakukan saluran akar premolar atas kanan. Pemeriksaan klinis menunjukan 14 dengan tambalan komposit dan hilangnya dinding palatal. Tes vitalitas tidak berespon, pemeriksaan perkusi, tekan palpasi memberikan hasil negatif. radiografis memperlihatkan terisi gutta-percha inadekuat. Diagnosis adalah previously treated tooth. Perawatan ulang dipersiapkan akhir berupa penuh pasak fiber. Berdasarkan rencana prostodonti, dibuat bahan permukaan oklusal karena pasien bruksisme sedang dalam menggunakan splin oklusal. Simpulan: Modifikasi pertama rahang paska merupakan terbaik memuaskan.Kata kunci: Mahkota porselen, restorasi, ABSTRACTIntroduction: Endodontically-treated teeth can change both macro and microstructure, making them more susceptible to fracture. Restorations of endodontically-treated need consider the remaining tissue available, thus makes restoration last longer. This case report was aimed demonstrate that modified porcelain crown could become a choice in post-endodontic treatment. Case report: A 43-year-old woman referred from prosthodontics department for her maxillary right root canal Clinical examination revealed tooth with composite filling loss palatal wall. The vitality test did not respond. On percussion examination, pressure palpation gave negative results. Radiographical showed filled insufficient gutta-percha. diagnosis Re-endodontic treatment performed prepared final full fibre posts. According department’s plan, made occlusal surface because patient had bruxism being splints.
